- - If you are accessing Lexivest on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Account Registration
- - To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is kept up-to-date.
- - You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Lexivest of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. KYC Verification
- - KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory to access specific features of the platform, including loans, investments, and the referral program.
- - You must provide accurate and complete information for KYC verification. Failure to do so may result in the denial of access to Lexivest services.
- - Lexivest reserves the right to refuse access to the platform or suspend your account until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided.
5. Loans
- - Loans provided by Lexivest are subject to approval based on a variety of criteria, including creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
- - You must adhere strictly to the repayment schedule outlined in your loan agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in penalties, including a late fee of 1% for each day the payment is overdue.
- - Continuous failure to repay may lead to account suspension, legal action, and the involvement of debt recovery agencies.
6. Investments
- - All investments made through Lexivest are subject to risk. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results and that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
- - Lexivest shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your investments, including but not limited to losses from market fluctuations.
- - Minimum and maximum investment amounts may apply to certain plans, as specified on the platform.
7. Referral Program
- - The referral program is exclusively for KYC-verified users. You must contact Lexivest’s support team via WhatsApp for access to the referral program after completing KYC verification.
- - Any violation of referral program policies, including but not limited to spamming, fraudulent referrals, or unethical promotion practices, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- - Referral rewards will be distributed according to the established multi-level referral system. Lexivest reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. Login Spamming and Account Abuse
- - Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in login spamming, automated logins, or any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the platform’s operations.
- - Any attempts to manipulate the platform or gain unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension of your account and potential legal action.
- - Lexivest reserves the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate actions against those who violate these terms.
9. Termination of Service
- Lexivest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- - Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- - Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- - Repeated failures to meet loan repayment obligations.
- - Inaccurate or misleading information provided during KYC or registration.
- Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and all outstanding obligations to Lexivest must be fulfilled.
10. Limitation of Liability
- - Lexivest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other losses.
- - You agree to indemnify and hold Lexivest harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to Terms
- - Lexivest reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
- - Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the services immediately.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
