Getting your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification completed is an essential step to ensure a secure and compliant investment experience on Lexivest. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete your KYC verification smoothly.
Start by logging in to your Lexivest account using your registered email and password. If you haven’t registered yet, please refer to our guide on how to register on Lexivest.
Once you are logged in, go to your account dashboard. Look for the “KYC Verification” or “Account Verification” section, usually found in your profile settings or account menu.
You will be required to fill out multiple KYC forms to complete the verification process. This includes:
BVN Verification: Provide your Bank Verification Number (BVN) to confirm your identity.
NIN Verification: Enter your National Identification Number (NIN) for identification purposes.
Address Verification: Fill in your current residential address, which should match the proof of address document you will provide.
Additional Information: You may be prompted to provide further details to ensure compliance.
Make sure to submit all KYC forms with correct details to avoid delays in the verification process.
After submitting your KYC forms, you will need to deposit a non-refundable access fee of 45,000 Naira (45k) into your Lexivest account. This fee is a one-time payment that grants you full access to all features available on your dashboard.
Once your deposit is confirmed, your KYC application will be reviewed by our compliance team. This process typically takes a few hours to a couple of days, depending on the volume of applications.
You will receive a notification via email once your KYC verification is completed. If your application is successful, you will gain full access to all investment features on Lexivest. If there are any issues or if additional information is needed, our support team will reach out to you.
